Won't you be surprised when you get all the Business Success you've always thought possible, but weren't quite sure how to achieve.

I get excited working with demanding clients, the ones who insist on specific measureable results and aren't afraid to tell me what they want - from me - from their business - out of life - for their family.

But, I'm not for everyone (so people tell me). I tend to go for the jugular when it comes to getting results. A rebel is after all, "someone who exhibits great independence in thought and action." BUT it doesn't mean being a 'smart ass' or lacking heart or empathy. If I didn't think outside the box, my clients wouldn't have these results and I wouldn't have won a tourism award.

I sacked a client because he wouldn't implement, that's bad for business.
I sacked a client's ad-agency because they couldn't get results, I expect.

So, if you see yourself in the following 3 reasons not to hire me then please by all means seek out someone else. Coaching is the fastest growing business in the world today, and there are plenty who sprang up yesterday because they thought it was a 'nice' way to earn a living, or who think more of the money they earn, than the money that goes into your bank account each month!

1. Don't call me if you don't like change:

The thought of me telling you how to make more money, or what to do to be more successful, frightens you and you'd sooner stay where you are. Naturally, change can be frightening, but if I show you changes that you can see are going to return better results... then I expect you to do it.

2. Don't call me if you think you know everything:

Sure you know more about the technical aspects of your business. Infact I expect you to. But I'm renown for expanding and systemising a business. That's all I do. I believe we can all learn something including me, hell I lost $500,000 one year... hmmm.

3. Don't call me if you have a big sensitive ego:

You see, I ask lots of direct, sometimes uncomfortable, questions that uncover gaping holes (for me to plug) in a business, as I don't assume anything. I must know the truth as my income, reputation, and your profit depends on it. Go on, ask me some too!

At my very core I'm a creator, I've always been one. You can condense what I focus on, that have caused in some cases extraordinary results, down to just three things:

1. Leverage - more with less

If you're like most business owners I see...
80% of your 5 tangible and intangible marketable business assets are hidden, laying idle and wasted - making an enormous opportunity for you!

I’m talking about how you identify the 100 or so leverage points within your 5 marketable business assets (people, places, things, activity and information - inside and outside your business).

Such as your marketing budget, your adverts, your direct mail, your staff, your suppliers, your premises, space and time, your database of prospects and customers, your sales pitch and conversions, your systems, the way you answer the phone.

And, an opportunity and a creative intellectual asset to produce for you, and your business, at a much higher, bigger, better, and more profitable result than you are getting now, using minimum resources of time, money and people.

Also, what mind-sets to have, deals to make, other businesses to ethically exploit, strategies to implement, tactics to manoeuver, mechanisms to use, vehicles to procure, techniques to learn, training to undertake, and elements you choose which have the highest leverage producing effect...

... of exponential business growth, I know.
... that’s called leverage, it’s getting more with less.

No-one in business uses all business assets, because they either don’t know what they are, or can’t see them, or don’t know what to do with them anyway.

Work less, but achieve more - that's another goal for you. 80% of a business owner's time is focused on unproductive things (in terms of making profit). I'll make you focus on the 20% of activities that produces 80% of the results and growth... giving you more time.

You'll have a new mindset, a way of thinking, a new way of seeing your business, you'll have funnel vision instead of tunnel vision... funnelling all the available leverage and profit into your business.

2. Strategy - right people, right things, right time

Everyone has a strategy but 80% are ineffective and reactive. They are mostly tactical by nature, not elegant, and not really strategies at all... going week to week putting out fires, trying to pay bills, trying to find good staff, placing haphazard adverts or promotions with no real purpose other than something to do this week or month.

Most strategies haven’t been specifically designed (on purpose) to achieve the best result possible for the business and business owner. They have no hope of positioning the business above the competition, let alone setting the owner free from the daily grind.

3. Communication - the high cost of silence

Just like an iceberg, which is 95% underwater, 95% of all communication happens unconsciously and out of awareness, you are only aware of the results...

  • An advert or promotion that performs poorly
  • A direct mail letter that goes in the bin
  • A waiter that can’t seem to upsell or addon sell
  • Good staff that are hard to find and keep
  • A customer service nightmare
  • A high loss of repeat business
  • A relationship that turns sour
  • A deal that doesn’t come off
  • A goal you don’t achieve

“The High Cost of Silence"... Is your company paying a hefty price? It may sound so obvious, but in today's marketplace, effective communication is the ultimate form of leverage you can have.

Once you get the formula right, an investment of relatively few dollars will improve your letters, ads, sales presentations and staff productivity, so that they generate incredible returns for your effort... consistently!

My Background...

Since 1993, I have invested around $200,000 in my own development. Studying and being trained by recognised world masters in the cutting-edge behavioural sciences of influence and persuasion as they apply to leverage, strategy, management, systems, marketing, advertising, sales, training, personal development and accelerated learning strategies.

I was world certified as a Master NLP Practitioner and Professional Trainer by Professor Wyatt Woodsmall (he trained Anthony Robbins who is said to be the world's best personal development coach), and Master NLP Trainer Marvin Oka (in the top 10 trainers in the world).

I was certified as a clinical hypnotherapist by Jim Goulding, who is well known to be the most effective clinical hypnotherapist in Australia, having treated over 20,000 cases.

I also invested an obscene amount of money to be trained by Jay Abraham. Jay is said to be the world's highest paid marketing man, achieving around $8 Billion in extra profit for his client companies.

But, the most important thing for you is the fact that I have created, owned and managed my own businesses - nine in fact. I know what it's like to wake up at 2am in a cold sweat wondering how the hell I'm going to pay the wages this week!

Some of the businesses I have owned:

The Cartridge Place - Franchisor Owner - I setup a computer consumables business from scratch and then franchised it. I sold 5 franchised retail outlets to franchisees and then sold my 50% ownership to a national software company.

Tourist Resort Owner 6yrs - I pioneered, designed, built, managed and owned a tourist resort on 155 hectares in North East Victoria and won a tourism award for my efforts in a 3 year period.

Registered Builder 25yrs - I, as manager of my own building company, built over 100 houses mostly doing everything myself including design & drafting, supervising, concreting, framing, laying bricks, tiling roofs & walls, kitchen cupboards & windows, plumbing… You name it; I've done it… over & over again. I know only too well how to manage a project to completion on time and on budget.

Sawmill Owner 18mths - I bought a freehold hardwood sawmill at Newmerella, Victoria, which had gone out of business. I sold it 10 months later as a successful going concern for 4 times what I paid.

Restaurant Owner 5yrs - I bought a small 28 seat Pizza-Pasta restaurant in Mt Eliza, Victoria doing $3,200 a week. I increased sales by 36% with 1 innovative maildrop and took it to $7,200 in less than 3 months, I then sold it to one of my customers at nearly double what I paid.
